Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to the UK only. Should you require an international delivery, please contact us to discuss options.
How long does delivery take?
The lead time on the ESP101 is 8-10 weeks, although most deliveries take place within 4-6 weeks after purchase. Each ESP101 is handmade to order in the UK, and each machine goes through a meticulous build and test process. Our team will stay in regular contact with you to update you on the progress of your order.
We use UPS as our preferred courier, which provides you with full tracking once your order ships. Flat rate shipping costs £30.
We also offer a free collection option from St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
Further Terms
Once your ESP101 has shipped and you have been provided with your tracking link, it is the customer’s responsibility to check delivery details and ensure that they are available to receive the item. Should you not be able to receive the item, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange or otherwise accommodate the delivery. In the instance where a shipment is returned to Ticked Off With Lyme due to the courier being unable to deliver the item, the customer will incur an additional shipping fee of £30 to resend the item.
Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
