Wattage. It’s a number that’s thrown around fairly often as a measure ofRife Machine Power. The problem is, it’s just not great at showing how powerful a coil machine is. In What A Coil Machine Is (And What It Isn’t), we learnt about using atuned circuit to boost both the voltage and wattage of our machine to create an exceptionally powerful magnetic field.
When a manufacturer lists the wattage of the Amplifier as a measure of power, you can bet your bottom dollar it’s because they aren’t using atuned circuit. Take a closer look and you’ll notice that the machine won’t have a capacitor box.
Tuned Circuits
What they don’t tell you is that when you aren’t using atuned circuit, you get substantial power loss due to something called impedance. Impedance is a quality of the coil which ‘resists’ a change in current. So what does this mean in real terms? Let’s say you’re going to use one of these machines (without capacitance control) and it had a 2000 watt amplifier. When you run that machine you’ll only get around 900 watts output. That’s due to the impedance.
Now let’s look at what happens when you use the ESP101, which uses atuned circuit. We use a 2000 watt amplifier, which is boosted to 22,500 watts. And what about impedance? This is atuned circuit, and therefore the resistance is insignificant. In other words, it’s completely overwhelmed by the power output. (A quick mathematical aside: this happens when the inductive and capacitive reactances are equal in magnitude but cancel each other because they are 180 degrees apart in phase. This is a well established scientific principle when using a tuned circuit). That’s the sort ofRife Machine Power you need.
The Resonance Curve
Here’s a picture of the Resonance Curve. The orange line shows what you get with a circuit that’s not tuned. The blue line shows what you get with atuned circuit. When you have atuned circuit (which is therefore resonant), the amplitude becomes increasingly bigger. This boosts the power to a whopping 22,500 watts, and as the voltage across the coil is also boosted to 1500 volts, you end up with a seriously powerful magnetic field. For the ESP101, that equals around 302 Gauss.
When you don’t have atuned circuit, you’re getting around 900 volts and likely around 30 volts. Will a magnetic field be generated? Yes! Will it be producing the frequency you want? You bet. Will it kill some Lyme? Sure. Will the magnetic field it produces be able to penetrate to the deeper layers of infection? Doubtful.
So often, I hear of people who have been rifing for 5, sometimes 10 years, and who are still sick. They report herxing, and some improvement, but they’re never quite able to kick it completely. This is down to the machines they’re using. Have a look at Doug MacLean’s story – he had cured his Lyme within two years and has not needed antibiotics or any treatment in nearly 20 years. If that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what will.
